Clothing
I've been buying clothes from this store for a while now, and I gotta say, the service is top-notch. They really pay attention to detail - each item comes wrapped up so nicely in tissue paper. And the box they ship it in? Super sturdy. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The quality of the clothes? Amazing. I'm one happy customer!
Cornflower crew jumper
I got this really awesome cornflower crewneck online and it was super easy. The color looks just like the picture and it's super comfy and stylish. The price was great too. Just make sure to handwash it so we don't mess up this cute jumper!
Boots
I just bought some boots here, but they ended up being the wrong size and color. Even though that was a bummer, I have to admit that I was really impressed with how nice the boots were and all the different options they had at the store. The employees were super helpful and knew their stuff when it came to helping me out. I'm grateful that the return process was simple and I'm excited to come back in the future to get the right size and color.
Shoes not wide enough
Even though my order arrived quickly, I was bummed to see that the shoes I bought weren't wide enough for my feet. The quality was top-notch, but it was a bummer that I had to send them back because they just didn't fit right. It would really be great if they had more width options, like extra wide, to fit more people. And throwing in half sizes would make life easier for those of us who fall in between the standard sizes they have.

My package was with Evri for two days, and on top of that, it didn't get delivered until 8:40pm. That kind of service just doesn't fly with me. I've never had a good experience with Evri before, so it's a bummer that a place like The House of Bruar would go with a delivery service that disappoints customers. Hopefully, they'll rethink their choices and pick a more reliable and timely delivery service in the future.
Black cashmere sweater
I just bought this really nice black cashmere sweater from this store, and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! The price was way lower than the original one, which made it even more of a steal. The quality of the sweater was great, and it showed up at my house super fast.
