I am so impressed by the customer service I got from this company. The team was super helpful and always responded quickly to my questions. I ended up ordering 4 custom size rugs with binding, and let me tell you, they exceeded my expectations. The quality was amazing, just like the sample I got. If you're in the market for personalized rugs, I definitely suggest checking out this company.
Large rug for master bedroom
I got this really big rug for my room and it looks awesome! The quality is amazing. But let me tell you about when they brought it in. They were supposed to bring it in all nice and fancy, but nope! The delivery guys just left it by the garage when I wasn't even home. Not cool! Now my husband and I have to figure out how to get it inside and under the bed. It's a bummer after being so excited about my new rug.

Beautiful rug, large size
Oh my gosh, I can't even deal with how gorgeous this rug is! It's seriously top-notch quality and absolutely perfect. The only problem was that the delivery guy just dropped it off at the front steps and it was a real pain getting it inside and all set up because it's so massive. They really should offer a white glove delivery option for big rugs like this. But man, the rug itself is just stunning, I can't stop admiring it!
Custom cut rug purchase
I just bought a custom rug for my foyer from the store. When it arrived, I wasn't happy with how it looked and the quality. But, after getting some samples and picking out a different rug that I really liked, I'm thrilled with my final decision. I wish I had done that before buying the first one!

I got this rug sample for free from the company and it really helped me figure out if the rug would work in my room. The color was a bit too light for me, but I appreciate being able to try it out before buying.

Excellent quality unmatched rugs Quality is far better then all previous picked even my local market All for indoor use Lovely colors ,no hard color combinations,probably this is beauty Price wise affordable if talking it planning to buy quality rugs this much amount should must be in budget Else maker is full of cheap products wherein one rug amount of TPR can buy three numbers in market which are if less life guarantee
You have also some common issues Why too much exercise while entering your site Simply allow customers to view products You never know many of them could be buyer but left your site due to this unnecessary pops
Good customer service team ,make some arrangement to deliver products in shorter time
