Amethyst crystal purchase
I recently bought an amethyst crystal from this company and let me tell you, I am super happy with the service I got. The communication was top-notch, the prices were amazing, and the shipping was lightning fast. You can really tell that the staff really care about their products, it comes through in everything they do. Plus, my crystal arrived all snug and safe, showing the care this company puts into their work. I totally recommend this place to anyone on the lookout for some awesome gems and minerals.
Gemstone pendant necklace
As a customer of ThrowinStones, I was really let down by how they didn't respond to my urgent request about my order. I messed up and used the wrong payment method and gave the wrong delivery address. I contacted them right away to fix it, but they ignored my message and sent the item anyway. It's not cool for a good business to ignore their customers like that. Now I have to deal with the hassle of fixing it all by myself. I was thinking of buying something else to make up for it, but now I'm not so sure about this company's reliability and professionalism. I was expecting better customer service and responsibility from ThrowinStones, and I'm super bummed with how they handled things.
Bracelets, necklaces, earrings
Ordered some bracelets, a neckless and earrings. Only one bracelet was as expected. The rest of the brace were smaller than they were supposed to be, good for little girls wrists and I am a small person. The necklace I got broke in 2 weeks in two different spots. The chain and the attachment to the crystal. The moonstone bracelet I ordered wasn’t even looking good. The elastic was very bright red color and didn’t even go with the color of the stone. One of the crystal earring I got had a defect, the metal attachment was inserted in the wrong spot so it hangs crooked. The owner is not very helpful to work with, it’s your responsibility to pay for shipping for defective items and for those that don’t match the description like measurements because she denies these things. I don’t recommend this shop.
