How my fund was recovered from the fake company
Many binary operations are ripper. I need to share this in here so you won’t lose your money cheaply to scam brokers. I invested about $3.2million USD on a binary option platform then I decided to withdraw after several weeks but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, then I tried to contact the platform via insta and phone number, I didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. Some weeks later I got a mail from them insisting I should invest more money if I want to withdraw my money which I rejected, and I never hear from them again that was when I knew I had been scammed. I was really devastated at those moment and felt so bad that my hard earned money was gone. After some months I came across a lot of testimonies on the web how MACIO SPY TEAM have been assisting folks with a chargeback from binary trading and how their smart contract experts had helped many people recovered their stolen, scammed or duped money on bitcoin or any other form in digital currency. I contacted MACIOFONESPYRIX ATGMAIL COM via instagram and they promised to help me get my money back asked me some info about the scammer which I provided. The result was amazing I recovered all my stolen money back within a week after my Ethereum gas fee was confirmed I was so happy as I never believe I could get my money back. Please everyone should be careful out there with all these crypto and romance scam
Spying on our kids and loves one is the best option
As a Father i decided to watch over my son as his mother my wife doesn’t care about Alvin. As he were going in to high school by monitoring his mobile phones from my own phone. I was able to caution him on so many occasions that would have landed me in trouble and he just wondered how i knew so much. if you also need this service to put an eye on your kids or loves ones i guarantee you macio spy team is the best.
Cancelled order shipped anyway
I can't believe how incompetent this company is. I made sure to cancel my order, but they still sent it out. And on top of that, they didn't even give me a refund for the shipping costs they messed up. It's just so frustrating and I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone go through them.
Various N Scale items
Trainz shipping has been prompt and descriptions have been right-on.
I don't see the shipping company as being part of the review, because of this.
I go by time of shipment, not how long carrier takes to deliver.
But, FedEx has been better (Faster) than USPS (Slower in most instances).Lionel original boxes
Recently, I bought three Lionel original boxes from Trainz. Turns out, what I got wasn't what was promised. The boxes were supposed to be VG very Good according to TCA Standards, but in reality they had water stains and one was badly damaged with tape and water that needed fixing. Even though they were listed as VG very Good, they didn't live up to that. It's a bummer to get items that don't meet the expected standards.

Train track pieces
I ordered some train tracks and paid extra to get them shipped quickly. But, man, I gotta say, I was super let down with the customer service. They wouldn't deliver to my address and wanted to send the package to Walgreens instead. It ended up making my order take way longer to get to me. The person I talked to, Frankie, was not helpful at all and honestly, dealing with them was no fun. I'd steer clear of this company based on my experience.
Used LocoSound train purchase
I just bought a used LocoSound train from Trainz, and man, was I let down by its condition when it showed up. The shell was cracked, and one of the couplers was straight up busted off. The description didn't say anything about damage, so I was totally surprised to see the shape it was in. I was hoping for a train that worked like a charm, but what I got was all broken up. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't much help at all in fixing the problem. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend buying used stuff from this store.

they are getting better about the packing but ... happens, the refund was not what I expected, I would have kept the broken thing rather than lose 80 dollars in the return , leaves a sour note again, i had quit buying because almost everything came broke or with issues, once again you cant be trusted. disappointing!
Model train set
I just bought a model train set from this company, but it was a letdown. They said they had it in stock at first, but then told me it was actually out of stock after I placed my order. And they were slow to ship it out, even though they promised it would be 3 to 5 days, it took 9 days. Plus, they charged me $18 for Fedex shipping, but ended up using the slowest method possible.

pricing of train set was in line with others and it is a very nice set that appeared to have never been used. Shipping was unreasonable ...way too much, $40 for a $85 set I rationalized it looking at the total cost, the set was a deal and the shipping a rip off

I have been shopping at Trainz for several years now, and never have had a bad experience. Their prices are very good, as are their descriptions of the items they have for sale. Shipping prices are quite reasonable, especially with combined shipping discount. On the very rare occasions that I have had a problem with an item being damaged or having missing parts, Trainz has been exceptionally good about correcting the issue immediately to my satisfaction. I gladly will continue to do business with them in the future.
Multiple item order
I recently bought a bunch of stuff on this website and had a pretty bad time. I asked if they could send it all in one package to save on shipping, but they told me no. The person I talked to in customer service was not helpful at all and was also pretty rude. It seemed like they didn't care about customers from other countries, which made me feel disrespected and annoyed. I'd suggest that other people avoid shopping with this company.

O Scale - Gauge Model Trains ...amp... Accessories
I have been purchasing model trains and accessories from Trainz for several years. Once in a great while, if there is a defect to a product or damage when something is delivered, they always correct it with good communication and do it quickly. On the whole, I enjoy reading their descriptions of their products that allows me to make an intelligent decision to buy or not. I have been very happy with my Trainz experience and recommend their products to anyone who needs or wants to purchase additions to their model train layouts.

Ordering was a breeze. Easily navigated web site. The order was delivered on time and was exactly what it was supposed to be. The only hitch was FedEx delivered to the wrong address and that was through no fault of Trainz. I would use again with no qualms.
Lionel O Scale RS11
Listed NIB, so new it was still in brown Lionel shipping box, looked great, put on track, would not speed up and stalled w/o going around track. their customer service was FANTASTIC!, every time i e-mailed them they responded, they quickly sent me shipping label, long story short, within couple days I had my Engine back and running great! My only drawback is items listed under "preview" are exclusive to members only, I feel if it listed PERIOD, it should be up for grabs to ANYONE!
