My order took much longer than expected, but I have to say that they kept me informed the whole time, that's the only reason why I don't give them 5 stars in delivery. They emailed me letting me know that there was an issue with the carrier and that it would take a few more days to arrive. Of course I wanted to receive it sooner but hey! I know that shipping companies are independent, so it really wasn't Vibrosculpt's fault, and it would be kind of silly of me to say that they're a "scam" just because it took longer.
After I got finally mine, I ordered an extra set of pads. Those were lost (again, by the carrier *sigh*), the shipping company said it was delivered, but I never got them. So I contacted Vibro asking for a refund, and they explained that in the cases where a package is lost, they don't refund, they simply reship (Cool!) so I filed a claim with the carrier, sent them the claim number, and they reshipped the package right away.
Yeah, my orders were a bit more delayed than I expected, but overall, they did everything in their power to help me out with each situation.
I'd give the shipping companies 1 star LOL but Vibro's definitely between 4 and 5 stars :)Hey great delivery review but bottom line does it work? Did you use it ?

I bought my VibroSculpt a little skeptical as I've seen a lot of things on TV and they end up being a scam, but this is definitely real. It took a couple of days to arrive but I wrote to customer service and they answered rigth away. I comes with the massages list and a white pillow. I have a sensitive skin but the pillow thingy looks soooo soft that I tried in on my skin and it feels goooodddd! but after several minutes, you definitely need a cream or oil. The have creams and stuff in bundles, sometimes it's free!
Most important, I've seen how my skin feels smoother, I feel it working under my skin and I've already loosen inches! I actually LOVE it and use it everyday.How long did it take for u to lose inches ?

I absolutely loved everything about my Vibro Sculpt. I use to sit at night doing nothing and getting fat, now I have this and can use it every night to unwind while getting my flab blasted away. it's not a miracle machine bc you have to be consistent and try to eat healthier. I've started using it about 7 weeks ago and the results have been amazing! I've lost a total of 6 pounds. 've gone through 3 gels already ahahha LOVE IT
I'm sorry I'm licensed for body aesthetics people stop lying it's for cellulite not weight loss FYI anything blast cellulite and tones skin. Wood therapy. Vacuums. Massage smh

OMG! I can't even handle how much Vibro Sculpt has changed my life. I am literally crying tears of joy because my cellulite has improved and I've lost 15 pounds! I can't thank them enough for their awesome customer service and super fast shipping - I got my bundle with the gels and slimming tea in just 5 days! This Momma is definitely getting her tummy back!
Refund delay
I'm really upset with the service from this company. I sent back my purchase more than 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my money back. And on top of that, they're not even answering my messages now. It's just not right to treat customers like this, especially when it's about getting a refund for something I returned. I'm so frustrated and definitely wouldn't suggest shopping here.
Tried it, not happy
I was really hopeful that VibroSculpt would be the solution to all my problems, but boy was I wrong. I used it faithfully for 8 weeks and all I got was a stomach ache from overdoing it. It definitely did not live up to the hype, so now I'm feeling pretty let down. I wouldn't advise anyone else to give it a try.

Well, I ordered my vibrosculpt on Friday 8/13 and on Saturday 8/14 it was out for delivery via FedEx. I had it shipped to my business address and we were not there to receive it on a Saturday, so it is coming today instead. I cannot wait to try it. Hope it works.

Took about a week to come. So far I’m enjoying the massage it gives. Hopefully I’ll be satisfied with the results.

This SO isn't worth the money! i received the vibrosculpt after seeing the adds where it shows the machine literally making the body move from it's rotations. i tried it on myself and saw almost no movement whatsoever. Of course should have known better. If it seems too good to be true then it usually is! Don't waste your money.

I have made impulsive purchase while browsing Instagram. However when I received I realized I have no use for the product, there’s no ... that I need to blast, although it looks like a fun machine I was more interested in a massaging action which to me it wasn’t powerful enough so I ordered a massage gun. It has very powerful vibrations but the action is very gentle even on the highest setting my skin won’t get even pink /red! My coffee scrub provides more circulation than this gentle machine. Now I wanted to return the product from day 1 I got it and my nightmare began: no matter how many letters I wrote to customer service they were ALL ignored. Their auto return form on the website gave me error message every time. It is IMPOSSIBLE to return and customer service does not exist!!! I had to contact my credit card and ask to reverse the charges that way!! They have 90 day guarantee and what not but they will NOT honor any return requests! I requested since day 1 I received and now I’m stuck w the product I don’t need. LAME!!!!

I ordered this product and it seemed to ship via FedEx quickly. The day it was due to arrive I got notice it had been delivered but I got to parcel
Room as FedEx truck was pulling away and it was not there. The FedEx driver had stolen it but delivered other parcels she had. I contacted vibrosculpt and they said that they would ship out a replacement. I received a new tracking number through usps but they never shipped it out and I contacted them everyday until finally I asked for a refund. I really wanted this item but instead they refunded me and I never received anything. I cannot understand why you don’t want the money or customers but I would not recommend dealing with this company since they didn’t resolve this matter I don’t think. Two weeks of aggravation is all I got.
