The swimwear line from this brand is seriously amazing. The styles are super flattering, unique, and trendy. I really like how they focus on being sustainable and ethical by using recycled materials for their swimsuits. One thing to note is that the sizes tend to run on the smaller side, so I suggest sizing down for a more comfortable fit.
Spend $850, want to return, items not eligible, no response
I blew a bunch of cash on my first order from this place and now I'm trying to return some items, but they are seriously giving me a hard time about it! I've been sending emails for like 10 days and I haven't gotten a single response. On top of that, the online return system is telling me I can't send back things that I totally should be able to! It's just not right, I don't want to keep this stuff! And to make matters worse, there's no phone number to call and when I try to reach out on Instagram, they just tell me to relax and be patient. Like, seriously!?
