Overseas welding equipment purchase
I just bought some welding equipment from this supplier, and I gotta say, I am seriously impressed with their service. Even though my billing address is in Japan and my shipping address is in the US, my order went through without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this supplier to anyone living overseas who needs top-notch US welding equipment.

I just bought some welding gear and accessories from this company. They had a good selection of products, and I was able to find everything I was looking for. Ordering was easy, and I got my stuff pretty quickly, within a few days. I've bought from them before and always had good experiences with their products and customer service. Only hiccup was with their website - couldn't log back in to buy more stuff. But overall, I'm happy with my purchases from them.
Welding machine purchase
Man, I bought this welding machine from that store and let me tell you, it was a total waste of money! Brought it home and it was basically just a fancy paperweight. Couldn't even use it once. Definitely not shopping there again, that's for sure. So bummed out.
Purchased welding supplies marked as "In stock"
What's up with items saying they're "In stock" when they're actually on backorder for weeks? It's like false advertising, man. It totally wasted my time and money. The lack of communication and transparency is just not cool. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this company if you actually need your supplies on time.
Welding supplies
I ordered some welding supplies from IOC, but my shipment got delayed. I made my order on 10/25, but by 10/31, the stuff still hadn't been shipped. I had to end up canceling and went with a different company that delivered my order promptly by 10/28. The customer service people were nice when I called to cancel, and they processed my refund pretty quickly. They just really need to work on being more punctual.

I ordered some welding supplies online and had to pay for shipping and insurance. But man, my order took forever to get here! After a bunch of emails back and forth, they finally said they'd give me a refund. They did take out the shipping and insurance costs, which was a bummer.
