My glasses broke a few months after I bought them, which was so frustrating. But when I reached out to customer service, I was shocked by how fast they got back to me and how eager they were to help me out. They said sorry for the hassle and right away started working on a new pair to send me for free. I was so grateful for their awesome customer service and how they dealt with the problem. It's rare to find a business that really cares about their customers and works extra hard to fix things.
Multiple glasses purchase, exceptional customer service
I bought some eyeglasses recently and the customer service team was great. Had a little problem with one pair, but I shot them an email and they got back to me quick. They fixed everything up and now I'm waiting on my new pair. Their glasses are really good quality and their customer service is awesome. I definitely suggest checking out their stuff.
Two pairs of glasses with single-vision prescription
I recently got two new pairs of glasses, and unfortunately one of them had the wrong lens prescription. Luckily, the people at this store were really friendly and fixed the issue pretty quickly! Five glasses with perfect prescription
The customer service at this online eyewear store was seriously awesome! I gotta give a shoutout to Phyllis for really going the extra mile to make sure all my needs were taken care of quickly. So, I kinda messed up my PD measurement and had to switch it for two of the five pairs of glasses I bought. But Phyllis took care of it right away, no problem. All five glasses showed up in perfect shape and with the right prescription. I'm totally pumped about my purchase and super satisfied with the service I got from this company.

I got five pairs of glasses from this place and honestly, I'm super pleased with my purchase! The selection on their website was awesome and I found some really cool styles that I totally vibed with. Purchased three pairs of glasses (sunglasses, regular glasses, and a combination)
I just bought three pairs of glasses from this company - sunglasses, regular glasses, and then a pair that's both sunglasses and regular glasses. Had a little problem with one pair, but the folks on the customer service team were super helpful and took care of it right away. Easy ordering, great prices, fabulous glasses
I had such a great time shopping for glasses at this place! The ordering process was super easy and I finally found a pair of glasses that I've been wanting for years. The prices were so much cheaper compared to all the other stores I went to before. I had already been to six different eyeglass stores but none of them had what I wanted. I was pretty annoyed at first because my order was taking forever to process and ship, especially with the holiday going on. But I gotta give props to them for shooting me an email about the delay and hooking me up with some sweet discounts to use next time. That was a cool move. Finally got my orders and they actually came right when they said they would in the email. The glasses are top-notch - strong frames and super clear lenses. I'm really happy with what I got and for sure will be coming back for more.

I'm really happy with the new glasses I got from this company. Ordering was super easy and I was able to change my address without any trouble. the glasses made me dizzy and they they wont answer my emails
These glasses did not fit well, and they made me dizzy. And i am getting no help form customer service to return or get a refund. I will never order from here again

After 5+ asks never got,sent many texts,the info. given da time was Lies,the Tracking number were also wrong (3) different times,tried to tell me delivered yet wrong name, state,they refuse to contact me,filed with postmaster general in CA,police Dept my bank,the burden of proof lies with Wherelight,yet plz be careful if order here,if there is a perfect souluty why have they not contacted me,one could think I've been scammed??plz be careful ☹️
