I got five pairs of glasses from this place and honestly, I'm super pleased with my purchase! The selection on their website was awesome and I found some really cool styles that I totally vibed with. When they showed up, I was pleasantly surprised - they looked really nice and not flimsy at all, definitely top-notch quality. I've been getting tons of compliments every time I wear them out. They fit great and are so comfy for all-day wear. On top of that, they came pretty fast after I ordered them. I would absolutely tell all my friends to check this place out!
Second pair of glasses, including one pair of sunglasses
I just got my second pair of glasses from this company, and this time I even got some sunglasses. The first pair of glasses I got was awesome and I was really happy with them. But when I got my sunglasses, I noticed they were blurry even though the prescription was right. I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful. They said I could pick out new frames and they would remake the sunglasses for me. I was really impressed by how fast they responded and how willing they were to fix the problem. In the end, I'm really pleased with my purchase and their great customer service has won me over as a loyal customer.
Purchased three pairs of glasses (sunglasses, regular glasses, and a combination)
I just bought three pairs of glasses from this company - sunglasses, regular glasses, and then a pair that's both sunglasses and regular glasses. Had a little problem with one pair, but the folks on the customer service team were super helpful and took care of it right away. Really happy with my purchase and definitely planning to buy from them again.
Easy ordering, great prices, fabulous glasses
I had such a great time shopping for glasses at this place! The ordering process was super easy and I finally found a pair of glasses that I've been wanting for years. The prices were so much cheaper compared to all the other stores I went to before. I had already been to six different eyeglass stores but none of them had what I wanted. The selection here was amazing and I found the perfect pair of glasses. I'll definitely be back the next time I need new glasses.

I was pretty annoyed at first because my order was taking forever to process and ship, especially with the holiday going on. But I gotta give props to them for shooting me an email about the delay and hooking me up with some sweet discounts to use next time. That was a cool move. Finally got my orders and they actually came right when they said they would in the email. The glasses are top-notch - strong frames and super clear lenses. I'm really happy with what I got and for sure will be coming back for more.
New glasses purchase
I'm really happy with the new glasses I got from this company. Ordering was super easy and I was able to change my address without any trouble. The customer service was great - the reps were friendly and helpful. The prices were fair and I think I got a good deal for the quality. I'm really digging my new glasses and I've gotten lots of compliments. Overall, I'd give my experience a solid 10 out of 10.
the glasses made me dizzy and they they wont answer my emails
These glasses did not fit well, and they made me dizzy. And i am getting no help form customer service to return or get a refund. I will never order from here again

horrible they don't have a phone number to talk to someone and my glasses came and the prescription is right but there so blurry i can't wear them so beware.I also have 2 m ore coming they better be right ...

After 5+ asks never got,sent many texts,the info. given da time was Lies,the Tracking number were also wrong (3) different times,tried to tell me delivered yet wrong name, state,they refuse to contact me,filed with postmaster general in CA,police Dept my bank,the burden of proof lies with Wherelight,yet plz be careful if order here,if there is a perfect souluty why have they not contacted me,one could think I've been scammed??plz be careful ☹️
