Dry, tightly coiled hair and alopecia
My hair is super dry and curly, plus I have alopecia. I've tested out lots of shampoos before, but WOW Skin Science's one really blew me away. It's great at taming my dry hair and feels more hydrating compared to others I've used. I'm totally loving it so far.
Skincare products
After I used the skincare products I bought, I had some bad reactions. The serum made my lips all cut up after just two days. And that spray sunscreen? Super oily, it felt like I was smearing straight oil all over my face. Plus, some of it got in my eyes when I sprayed it, and it was so uncomfortable. That greasy sunscreen made my skin just pick up all the dirt, and boom - acne city. It was so frustrating and disappointing, these products really messed up my skin. I also tried their shampoo and conditioner before, and it was hit or miss. The conditioner worked well, but the shampoo made my hair feel like plastic, not what I was going for. Overall, I've had a pretty disappointing experience with this brand's products, and I hope they stop selling stuff that hurts people's skin.

I'm really frustrated with how unprofessional this company is being. I ordered some skincare products a while ago and still haven't gotten them. The delivery company, Ekart, has been so slow. My package has just been sitting at the Warje Hub since October 24th, and I still haven't gotten it. The Order ID is BW14073469. Can someone please help me out with this?
