Activewear leggings
I'm so excited about my new activewear leggings! The designs are gorgeous, the quality is top-notch, and the length is perfect. Shipping to Australia was a breeze, and I got my order quickly. When I wore them for the first time, I got lots of compliments and felt super comfy and stylish. I also love that the brand is into environmental sustainability, which is important to me. I can't wait to buy more things from them and make them a regular part of my wardrobe.
Double rainbow set for Pride month
I ordered a double rainbow set to support Pride month, but it's been 20 days and my order still hasn't arrived. I get that handmade stuff takes time, but this lack of updates from the company is not cool. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but all I get is vague responses that don't tell me anything about where my order is. I think as a customer, I deserve better treatment and communication, especially from a company that's all about inclusivity and diversity.
Back in stock item
I've been waiting ages for this one shirt to come back in stock and when it finally did, I was so excited! I ordered it right away and it arrived super quick. But when I tried it on, it was so scratchy, thin, and just felt really cheap. And on top of that, it looked absolutely nothing like how it did in the picture online. Not cute at all! When I tried to return it, they kept trying to get me to take store credit and then had the nerve to charge me $5 to restock it! Seriously? The only positive thing was the QR code for returns. So, I'm giving them two stars. Definitely not getting my money's worth with this company!
Yoga pants purchase
I really liked the yoga pants I bought from this company at first, but things went downhill when they changed the way they were cut. The quality didn't seem as good and I got some defective pieces. Even though I've bought from them before, they wouldn't let me return them. I'm pretty disappointed in their customer service, so I'm not gonna buy from them again.
Leggings
Oh my gosh, you guys, steer clear of this company unless you're okay with never getting a refund and dealing with the worst customer service ever! I've been trying to get my money back since July, and here we are in November. The only way to contact them is through email, and every time I do, they just ignore the previous conversation and start a new thread. It's like they're not even paying attention! And then I have to explain my issue all over again. It's beyond frustrating! I've never written a review like this before, but seriously, stay far away from this company!
5-item order
I ordered a bunch of stuff from this company like a month ago and it's been nothing but problems. I only got 3 out of the 5 things I ordered, and one of them was the wrong one. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times but still haven't gotten a good answer. It's really annoying to not know what's going on with my order and not see any solution in sight. I do like the cool designs they have, but their customer service needs a lot of work.
Returned products
I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago, but ended up having to send it back. Ordering the items was pretty easy, but the problems started when I asked for a refund on the returned items. Even though they confirmed they got it back, I still haven't seen my refund and it's been over two weeks. They haven't been great about communicating and responding to my emails asking about it. It seems like they care more about making money than making sure customers are happy, which is pretty disappointing.
Rawr leggings
Baggy ankles, knees, and extra length for over the heel ripped on 1st wear. Waist is strange and leaves a pooch where other brands would look flat. Would not buy again.
