Quick fix thanks to support
deep, steady pulses, not cheap-feeling at all. I used it regularly for months and was really happy. Then, about a month ago, it started quitting mid-session. It would run, then stop, then if I nudged the plunger it would cough back to life for a few seconds and die again. Batteries read fine, so I reached out to customer service. They asked the usual stuff — model, purchase date, serial — and then asked for a short video of the issue. Sent it in, and within a day maintenance had watched it and suggested lubrication might help. They gave a few options and basically walked me through what to try. I tried a light spray around the plunger, worked it manually a bit, and it’s been running since. Delivery was quick and the packaging protected everything well, so no complaints there. Overall, glad I contacted support — fast, practical, and it actually fixed the problem. Kind of relieved, honestly.

So I went for it, but not without nagging doubts. By the time the box showed up I was still skeptical. The unit itself did actually help a bit — not miracle-level, but enough that my stiffness eased and I felt glad I tried it. My daughter tried it too and said she noticed something, so that was a relief. That said, the whole returns and service side was clunky and frustrating. The stated 30-day return window hides a much shorter practical window, they tried to offer quick cash settles that didn’t match what I wanted, and there were unexpected rules about packaging, cleanliness and sending tracking info. I ended up keeping the item since it gave some relief, but if I’d needed to return it I’d have been annoyed. So yes, product partly satisfied a real need — back pain, moving stress — but customer service could be much clearer and less pushy. Overall I’m relieved it worked well enough, annoyed by the fine print, and probably won’t risk buying another one without digging deeper first.
