Outdoor jacket
I recently bought this outdoor jacket from the store and the jacket itself seems really nice quality. But man, let me tell you, the customer service was a major letdown. I was originally attracted to the store because of their outdoor gear selection, but my whole experience ordering and getting my purchase was just frustrating. So I placed my order online and was supposed to get a $10 discount code, but I never got the email with the code. When I called to ask about it, they said it would take 24 hours to get the code, but it never showed up. I was so annoyed with the lack of communication and follow-through, that I ended up buying the same jacket from a different retailer for a better customer service experience.

Online order with delayed refund
Their return policy is just not acceptable. I can't wrap my head around the fact that in today's world, a company would hang on to your money for almost a whole month after you send something back. I shipped my item back on December 22nd and I'm still twiddling my thumbs waiting for my cash. When I finally reached out to customer service, they casually mentioned that it takes 10-14 business days to process returns after they receive them. That's practically a month of waiting! It's absolutely absurd and doesn't make any sense. This was my first time ordering online from this company and I'm totally let down. And to top it off, the person I talked to about my refund was dismissive and flat-out rude.
