Dress purchase for prom
I recently bought a dress for my daughter's prom from this website and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I shelled out extra for fast shipping, but the dress showed up a whole week late, way past the event. On top of that, the dress was nothing like what was advertised online - it was shoddily made and didn't fit right at all. I reached out to customer service to express my disappointment, but they were no help at all and just blamed the tailor for doing their best. I argued that this was false advertising, since the dress was nothing like what was shown in the photos. They offered to give me back some of my money, but only if I paid to ship it back. I agreed to pay, but then they went silent and never told me how to return it. All in all, this whole ordeal was a complete nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend shopping on that website to anyone.
