When I realized my order was sent to my old address, I reached out to the customer service team. They got back to me quickly, said sorry for the mix-up, and sent my order to my new place at no extra cost. The service they gave me went above and beyond what I expected, and I'm super happy with what I bought. I'd for sure tell other people to check out this store.

High-priced underwear purchase
I splurged on some expensive underwear not too long ago, but I've been really let down by the company's lack of communication and customer service. I dropped nearly $200 on my order and I still haven't gotten my hands on it. I've tried reaching out through email and Facebook Messenger, but no one has responded. After reading other people's reviews online who have had the same issues, I'm starting to think I got scammed. I recommend looking into other places to buy high-priced undies in the future to dodge this kind of mess.

I gotta say, I was totally surprised by how fast and simple it was to set up my account and buy my first shirt.
