Ruffled diaper covers
These diaper covers look adorable, but honestly, the quality is not great. The material feels really cheap and the ruffles are already falling apart after just a few times using them. I was hoping for more considering how much I paid. Dealing with customer service trying to return them was a total nightmare - they were not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about the poor quality. And let's not even talk about the crazy shipping costs for such slow delivery! All in all, it was a letdown and definitely not something I'd want to go through again.

I had some questions about my prescription and was happy to get a fast response from a provider who really listened to me and even made changes to my script. Then, as my medication was getting ready to be sent out, another provider contacted me with clear instructions on how to use it. I truly appreciate the great care I got!
