Review about: Colorwow
Colorwow: Just okay
I've been using Colorwow products for a few months now and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the results. The brand promises to keep color-treated hair looking vibrant and healthy, and I can definitely say it's delivered on that front.
I first discovered Colorwow through a friend who has naturally curly hair and raves about the brand's "Dream Cocktail" treatment. I have straight hair, so I decided to try out their "Color Security Shampoo" and "Color Security Conditioner" instead.
The shampoo lathers nicely and leaves my hair feeling clean without stripping it of its natural oils. The conditioner also does a good job of detangling and leaving my hair soft and manageable. I've noticed that my color (a dark blonde) has remained vibrant and hasn't faded as quickly as it usually does.
I've also been using the "Pop & Lock" high gloss treatment once a week, which gives my hair a nice shine and helps smooth out any frizziness. It's not a miracle worker, but it does make a noticeable difference.
One thing to keep in mind is that the products are on the pricier side, but I feel like the results are worth it. Overall, I'm happy with my experience using Colorwow and would recommend the brand to others looking to maintain their color-treated hair.
