Greeting cards purchase
I bought some greeting cards from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total bummer. I really should have done my homework before buying because it turns out this company has a bad reputation for disappointing customers. The cards didn't even get to the people I sent them to on time, and when I tried to reach out for help, the customer service was no help at all. Now I'm stuck trying to get a refund for my order. It was just all-around frustrating and not at all what I hoped for.
