I bought the item above. First of all they promise to deliver in a timeframe of 1-3 buisnessdays.
- The item arrived 2 weeks later.
- It had marks on the mouthpiece where it looked like someone used it before me.
- when I contacted them for help, noone responded and they just ignored it.
- I just sent it back after their return policy and it arrived but they didnt refund me.
- after months of conatcting im writing this review so I gave them their chance.
- they dont care about their customers. Once you bought it, they ignore you.
I lost 200 with shipping costs.
