Returned item refund delay
I returned some stuff a while ago and I've been waiting forever for my refund. I've reached out a bunch of times and still haven't seen my money. This customer service is terrible. I'm really let down by the lack of communication and follow-through from this company. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
