Faulty sunglasses
I bought these sunglasses that were so messed up, and when I tried to reach out to someone about it, they made me email them which is annoying because I can't get a quick response. It turns out I have to pay to send them back too! Plus, there's nowhere nearby for me to go and actually talk to someone about it. It's just really frustrating.
