Ticket purchase for 9 tickets
My interaction with the customer service rep was great! Menchi really helped me out a lot in finding the best seats and deals for the 9 tickets I had to buy. I was impressed by how kind and professional Menchi was. TicketCity has always been my go-to for tickets, and this just reinforced my trust in them even more.
