Review about: The Honest Bison
Elk burgers and ground bison
I've tried the elk burgers and ground bison from this place and I have to say, I enjoyed what I ate. I really like that they use compostable packaging instead of Styrofoam, it shows they care about the environment. Although, I was a bit surprised by the size of the flank steak and tenderloin - they were only 8oz when I was hoping for a pound for the price. Even so, I plan on ordering more elk burgers and ground bison in the future.
