Crib purchase with damaged headboard
I just bought a crib and some other furniture for my future grandkid. But when the crib got delivered, the headboard was all messed up from shipping. So, I called customer service and talked to this lady named Joann Tassello. She was awesome - super helpful in getting me a replacement. Everything went real smooth and easy, thanks to her being so efficient and professional. The new headboard came quick and was in perfect shape. I gotta say, I had a really good experience with their customer service and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again.
