Difficulty canceling subscription
I've been having a really frustrating time trying to cancel my subscription. No matter how many times I try, I keep getting this error message that says "no subscription found" when I'm attempting to cancel. I did everything the letter told me to do, but the magazine I'm subscribed to isn't even showing up on the website. To add to the frustration, I've been charged for two extra Direct Debits. I even tried resetting my account password, but I never get the email to reset it, not even in my junk folder. This needs to get fixed ASAP and done right.
