Wedding ring purchase
I ordered my wedding ring a month ago and it's still not here. I've reached out to customer service several times and all they keep telling me is to wait. But my wedding is coming up soon and I really need the ring on time for that big day. The lack of communication and all these delays are really getting on my nerves. I was expecting way better service and quicker delivery from a company that's supposed to be reputable.
