He loves to eat yummy pizza in Seattle and drink the best coffee in Dallas. He also likes shopping, especially for home stuff in Chicago. Anurag knows a lot about tech stuff and had a good time getting his iPhone fixed in Los Angeles. He also loves to stay in fancy places like the Hyatt Regency in New York. He sure seems to enjoy meeting nice people and loves sharing his experiences with everyone.

Terrible customer service.
Ordered 4 dozen roses for a memorial service and paid EXTRA money for a guaranteed delivery one day before the service.
Got an email saying that due to problems in Ecuador the order will be delivered 3 days last. Did not let me cancel the order.
For all I know the flowers are sitting in the foyer of an apartment building in Brooklyn as there is no one home following the memorial service.
I should not be charged for it, but instead they sent me a $40 discount towards future purchases. How can you charge me for something that was not delivered to me.
They should take the loss and then apologize for making us scramble at the last minute to find someone locally to deliver the flowers.
