The customer service at this place is amazing. They were on top of it when my order got stolen, responding right away and fixing the issue immediately. I suggested changing the packaging to avoid more thefts, and they listened - it showed they really care about their customers. They even sent my replacement order in a plain white box and switched to UPS for delivery to make sure nothing else went wrong. Their professionalism and attention to detail really impressed me. Plus, they have a wide selection of products that I kept finding online even when other places were all sold out. And the fast shipping was the perfect finishing touch to the outstanding service I received. I can't say enough good things about my experience here - I am beyond happy with it.
