Dress purchase in black and white
My time at Cara Cara was a wild ride of emotions. First off, trying to place my order was a disaster - the website kept messing up, taking forever to load, and the checkout process was a mess. It felt like they didn't even want my money! Then, the customer service was seriously lacking. The team wasn't helpful at all and seemed irritated when I asked questions. The prices were way too high for what I got, I could've found a similar dress for way less somewhere else. To top it all off, it took forever for my order to actually arrive. I was so anxious waiting for it to show up. All in all, not a great experience.
