Integrated amp purchase
I was searching for a hard-to-find integrated amp and found it at World Wide Stereo. They had it in stock when nobody else did, and the customer service from Ira Segall was excellent. I work in sales with different manufacturers, and I can say that Ira was one of the best CSR's I've ever come across. He knew a lot and even suggested a network streamer to go with my new amp. It's not common to find someone in retail who truly loves what they do, but Ira is one of those exceptional people.
