Faulty device
I've been dealing with a warranty problem with my navigation device - it's not picking up the GPS signal. I've been trying to get help from customer service for weeks now, but the issue still isn't fixed. They're not answering my emails, and when I call, they're not very helpful either. It's making me really frustrated and disappointed. It's clear that this company's customer service isn't great at actually fixing problems with their products. The delays and excuses they keep giving just show how poorly they handle things. Looking back on this whole situation, I wish I had gone with a different brand instead.
