I got the 750mg FREEZE roll-on CBD from cbdMD because I had a good experience with a similar product from another company before. I liked that it was stronger and there was a discount for buying more than one. But after using it for a week, I didn't feel any effects. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they said I would lose 10% because of 'prepay'. I asked for my money back and how to return the product, but all I got was an email confirming my subscription was canceled, no mention of a refund. I was bummed out by the poor customer service and not honoring their 60-day return policy.
