First-time customer experience
As a newbie customer, I was kinda nervous at first about giving out my bank info and if everything was safe with the transaction. The person helping me knew their stuff and guided me step by step, which made me feel less stressed about going through with it. The transfer went through smoothly and actually came sooner than they said it would, which was a nice bonus.
