    CoQ10 supplements

    I recently bought CoQ10 supplements from this company, and let me tell you, it's been a real up and down experience. The actual product is alright, no complaints there. But when I got my bottle, the supplements inside were all melted, which was pretty disappointing. I reached out to their customer service back in October, and at first, they were super helpful. However, two months later, I'm still waiting for the replacement bottle they said they'd send me. They decided to send it via USPS, which wasn't the smartest choice. And when the replacement never showed up, they pretty much just walked away from the situation, leaving me to deal with it on my own. It's really irritating when companies don't own up to their mistakes, and honestly, it's left a bad taste in my mouth. They've been ignoring all of my follow-up emails, which just adds insult to injury. After doing some digging, I've found another supplement that should work just fine. Their lack of organization has made me lose faith in how they do business. It's a shame because a good product is overshadowed by their poor customer service. I've realized that their failure to make things right in this one instance will end up costing them a lot of future sales from me. It's their loss, not mine. Just be careful with this company and watch your back.
