Protein powder purchase
My experience with the website was pretty normal, y'know? The layout was easy to get around and I found what I was looking for without any issues. But I gotta say, checkout was kind of a pain and could use some work to make it smoother. All in all, the site is easy to use and has everything you need to buy stuff. With a few tweaks, they could really step up their game and make shopping even better for us customers.

The online shopping experience was awesome! The website was super easy to use, and there were tons of choices available. Maheshwari, the sales rep, really went above and beyond to help me out and made everything super smooth. Online order, no confirmation or delivery
I ordered something online and paid for it, but I never got a confirmation email or the package. I emailed customer service but didn't hear back. Finally, I got a response after I left a comment on their social media, and they said they didn't even get my order. They gave me a refund, but I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.
