Bill negotiation service
I used the bill negotiation service a couple of years ago as a customer, and just found out they went ahead and renegotiated my bills without even letting me know first. It's really frustrating and kind of scary, especially because I'm currently out of work. I never asked for them to do it again, and nobody even bothered to reach out to me beforehand to talk about it. It's just not right that they're now trying to charge me for something I never even wanted in the first place.

Online certificate course
I just finished up this online certificate course and I gotta say, it was pretty awesome. The platform was super easy to use, so I had no trouble going through all the course stuff. I really liked that I could do it whenever I had time, at my own speed. And when I felt good about it, I took the test - not too hard at all. They covered everything important in the course, all the terms I needed to learn. I'm definitely happy with how it all went down and I would totally suggest it to anyone else.
