Bike insurance claim
I had to file a claim on my bike insurance with this company because my securely locked bike got stolen from my house. But they've been giving me the runaround, making little excuses for not paying out on my claim. Dealing with them has been super frustrating and disappointing. Now, I have to fork over even more cash for legal action just to get the compensation I should've gotten in the first place.

Truck cover replacement
I got a truck cover that ended up being too small, but the customer service was seriously amazing and hooked me up with the right size. They made me feel like a rockstar and even sent me the replacement for free! The team, especially Tom, was just awesome and went above and beyond to help me out. He was the bomb! I'm thrilled with my new truck cover, it fits perfectly and looks awesome on my truck. Thank you so much, you guys are amazing!
