Six bottle monthly subscription
We got a six bottle monthly subscription as a gift and we've been pretty happy with it. The website is easy to use and the quiz at the beginning was actually kind of fun, giving choices for all kinds of tastes. The delivery was quick and the packaging looked nice, with good info about each bottle. Even when we got a bottle that wasn't really our thing (we knew that might happen), the customer service was really great and they sent a personal message, talking about our concerns and saying they'd make changes for the future picks. Overall, we'd totally suggest this service as a cool and easy way to try out and find your favorite wines.

Cologne Intense purchase
I usually go for a really bold and long-lasting perfume from another brand, but I thought I'd give this cologne intense a shot. Sadly, the smell wasn't very strong and it faded pretty fast, especially compared to what I'm used to. I shelled out a good amount of money for a 50ml bottle and I was let down by how quickly it lost its scent and intensity. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone who wants a powerful, long-lasting fragrance.

Malfunctioning exercise bike
I bought an exercise bike back in April, and the darn right pedal has come loose twice already. I tried what the support desk suggested, but it didn't help at all. When I asked for a new pedal, they told me they didn't have any available. I was not satisfied with that answer at all. I proposed taking a part from a bike that was intended to be sold or even sending me a whole new bike for free.
