New and Unused Concealer
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company does not follow their own written return policy! I returned a concealer the very same day it was delivered as I could visibly see that the shade was not a match for me without even trying the product.
For the record, it was a powder concealer in a plastic transparent case, no need to open to see or test the color.
I then boxed it as it came and wrapped it back up in the cheap, white tissue paper they sent it in along with their bag of testers in the same box and paid to have it shipped back following the requirements set forth in their return policy.
I then get a gift card notification instead of the full refund and ask for the refund to be issued on my credit card via email.
The representative then said it was “damaged in transit” and was therefore “not resellable”, even though I sent it back unused, in new condition, in the same box and wrapping it came in!!!
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told by the same rep that “the manager said it isn’t resellable and that I can’t receive a refund”.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! They do not follow their own policies, and their customer service is poor. If this was Sephora or Ulta, this wouldn’t even be up for debate. Save your money and shop at a fair, honest store that will not come up with excuses that can’t be proven to cover them from issuing refunds to honest consumers!
