As someone who shopped there, I gotta be real, my time there was a total nightmare. I tried making a purchase a bunch of times, but every time I put in my payment info, the stupid system would crash and kick me out. It was so frustrating and a major waste of time. The website was a mess and super confusing to use, making me wanna pull my hair out. I finally gave up and went to another store, even if it meant spending more money. And customer service? They were useless, couldn't fix a thing. Overall, I was just super disappointed with the whole thing and don't plan on coming back anytime soon.
