Domain purchase, payment assistance
Man, I gotta tell you, I had to bug them so many times before I got any help with my payment problems. But finally, Leander and his crew came through and fixed things so I could buy my domain. It was a total headache, but I'm thankful they stuck with me. I've noticed a bunch of haters out there talking smack about how they do business and snatch up expired domains. Personally, I don't see the problem - if they didn't grab it, somebody else would've.
