    My husband, had a heart emergency and head wound 2 weeks before our planned trip from Orlando to Milwaukee on July 6 -July 13. I contacted Hotel on June 26 which advised that I needed to go through the third party reservation service (ParkSleepFly) to cancel. After trying to reach a real person at PSL, which I could not do because you did not have a telephone number listed with the reservation and I could not find a chat function. I sent an e-mail on June 28 at 2:37 PM to the address on the reservation which read : "My husband, is incapacitated to a heart emergency and head injury. Doctor is forbidding travel. We must cancel the reservation. Please call me at phone number for further details and to discuss."
    We never heard back from them!. All other reservations for this trip were cancelled with full refund . They all had a contact phone number in addition to the e-mail.

    When I tried to reply to the survey PSF sent, they refused to submit it. I then sent an attached letter with complaints, to the e-mail that sent it which was undeliverable.
    There must be a better way to handle cancellations, especially because of emergenciess.
