I stumbled upon this website while looking for a product that I couldn't find anywhere else. Even though it was on backorder, I went ahead and placed an order because of the great sale price and free shipping offer. The product didn't show up as I thought, but the customer service team was super quick in responding to my questions and helped me find a good alternative. The new product was shipped out the same day and got to me quickly, well-packaged and in really good condition. I was a bit bummed there weren't any samples, but the products were even better than I expected. I really like that it's a small business and they give recommendations from skincare pros. LovelySkin has definitely won me over.
