Blouse purchase
As a customer at Saks Fifth Avenue, I bought a blouse recently that didn't fit right because of sizing issues. When I tried to return it, I was surprised to learn that they wouldn't give me my money back right away. Their policy said it might take 3 to 5 business days for the return to be checked, and then an extra 7 to 14 business days for the refund to go through. Waiting that long to get my money back was annoying and inconvenient, especially given the situation. I was hoping for better service and flexibility from a fancy store like Saks Fifth Avenue. All in all, I wasn't happy with the whole thing and would warn others to watch out for that policy before they buy something.

I just bought some dresses from this online store that sells women's fashion. They had a bunch of options for different events like parties, prom, and dinner, which was pretty cool. I ended up picking out a dress made of Satin that looked perfect for an event I have coming up. The delivery was quick and the dress came in great shape. I liked that they sent out newsletters to keep customers like me updated on their latest stuff.

Black Quencher purchase
After I saw some bad reviews, I was unsure about getting a black Quencher. But when I got the package a week later, the bottle was scuffed up. I complained and sent pictures, and they quickly replied the next day offering a refund or a new bottle. They didn't have black, so I got to pick a different color. I chose one and it came in perfect condition the next week. Customer service was great and the product was what I expected.

Order delay
OMG, I wish I checked out the reviews before ordering from here! They said I'd get my stuff in 3-5 days, but it's been 2 weeks and no package. Emailed them and they blame delays from Italy on certain shades, which I didn't even order! Super annoying 😡 Was pumped to try something new, now just disappointed. Marketing team must be good 'cause they got me. Save your money and time, go to Boots. Total bummer.
