My messed up shoes
I just ordered some shoes online for the first time from this store, but when they arrived, they were all scratched up and damaged. I had to send them back right away through DHL. Now I'm just waiting to see how they're going to fix this whole mess. I'm pretty disappointed, especially compared to my past experiences shopping for shoes in this retail store.
