Non-refundable purchase
I bought something from this company that said they have a money-back guarantee, no questions asked. But when I asked for my money back, they wouldn't do it. The worst part was I couldn't even talk to anyone on the phone about it. It seems like they're not being straight up, and now I have to deal with calling my credit card company to try to get my money back.
