Disposables and vapes
I bought some disposable pens and vapes from this place and was pretty impressed at first. Unfortunately, two of the disposable pens I got didn't work at all. I reached out to customer service to try and get them replaced, but after going back and forth, I realized it was too much of a hassle. So, I just ordered a couple of vapes that I had bought before and liked. I paid full price and an extra $10 for Priority Mail (2-3 days). But, four days later, when I checked the tracking, I saw they hadn't processed the order at USPS and had sent it by ground instead. I contacted customer service about the problem, and they said to check back the next day if it didn't arrive. I tried to explain that the shipping method can't change once it's on its way, but they still messed up. All they offered was a $9 store credit for their mistake, which was less than the expedited shipping I paid for. I decided to go somewhere else because it felt like they didn't care about their customers.
