Multiple dresses haul
My recent experience with Bloomchic was a bit of a rollercoaster. I bought a bunch of dresses all in one go, but accidentally ordered two of the same one. When I contacted customer service to try and get a refund for the extra dress, it was a bit of a struggle. At first, they only offered me back part of the money, which was kind of a bummer. But after going back and forth with them and not giving up, they finally fixed everything and gave me a solution I was happy with. It wasn't the smoothest process, but I'm glad they eventually made it right.
