Black Crossbody Bag
I got this black crossbody bag from a brand recently and I'm kind of on the fence about it. The bag looks really cool and goes with pretty much anything I wear, which I like. It seems like the quality is good too, and I like that it's made from sustainable materials. But, I was a little let down by how small the bag actually is - I was hoping for something a bit bigger. Also, the straps don't adjust enough for my liking, so it gets kind of uncomfortable to wear for a long time. Overall, I'd say the bag is alright but not amazing.

Small trainers, difficult return process
I just bought a pair of sneakers that ended up being too small, so I needed to return them. But man, I was surprised to learn I couldn't just print off a return label - I had to send an email to ask for one. And to top it off, the customer service rep I got connected to was in America, making the whole thing even more frustrating. The only way to return the shoes was through DPD, and there wasn't a drop-off spot nearby, so I had to take a long trip to return them. The person I talked to didn't really seem to care about my problem and just said it was a new rule. All in all, the return process and customer service were pretty bad, which really got me thinking if this was the worst company I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service.

Lack of flexibility in return policy
I was really frustrated with the return policy because it's not very flexible. A 21-day return policy with no exchanges seems harsh to me. It doesn't give much leeway for mistakes or gift-giving. It's kind of a bummer to see a company with such strict return policies.

Effective vitamins
Man, these vitamins really changed the game for me! I used to hate taking regular vitamins because they tasted so bad and didn't seem to do much. But these ones taste awesome and actually work way better. I can totally tell a difference in my energy and overall health ever since I started taking them.
