Oversized coat purchase
What a nightmare! I bought this huge coat, but it didn't fit right, so I had to return it. And let me tell you, it's been a disaster from the get-go. I sent back the coat, got an email saying I'd get a refund of $509 on my card, but 6 weeks later, still nothing on my statement. I reached out to my card company and Ralph Lauren, and they swear they gave me the refund, even though they did. They even had the nerve to say they never issued a credit, but hello, I have the emails to prove it! Every time I call customer service, I talk to a different person with a foreign-sounding name who acts like they don't know anything about my issue. It's like talking to a wall of dumbness and avoidance. They clearly don't want to give me my money back. If you're going through this too, my tip is to dispute the purchase with your credit card company and let them deal with these incredibly inept folks.

DVD burning software purchase

Cute clothing, high quality
I was a little unsure at first, thinking it might be a scam, but after doing some research, I decided to go ahead and buy four items. I was actually really surprised when my order came pretty quickly and in really good shape. The clothes were even nicer than I thought they would be, definitely not the cheap stuff I was worried about. I liked that everything fit well and they even sent me a replacement for free when one item was missing.
