The customer support team at this company really goes the extra mile for their clients. They're always ready to help out, even with stuff that's not really about their hosting services. Tax assistance service
I wanted to share with you all about my recent experience with a tax assistance service while going through the Fresh Start Program. It was honestly a total nightmare. I thought I was getting a professional service, but turns out they filed my State taxes wrong without even using my W-2 info. So now I'm stuck with unexpected bills from the state totaling over $17,400. I had to hire a CPA to fix their mistake, basically paying twice for the same job.
Dealing with this company was a mess - they kept misplacing important documents and didn't even bother to let me know about the error with my State taxes. When I called them out on it, they tried to play dumb and wouldn't take any responsibility, even though their rep, Ladd Vance, had previously admitted fault. Overall, my experience was a huge letdown and hit me hard in the wallet.
I suggest you really do your homework and consider other options, like hiring a local CPA, before going with this tax assistance service. It's not worth the headache or the extra money.
